How to request a price match
- Find the identical item advertised for less by an Australian retailer.
- Send us the advertised price (a link, screenshot or catalogue page) before you place your order.
- We'll check it and confirm your matched price, usually within one business day (Monday to Friday, 9:30am–4pm).

Conditions
- The item must be identical: same brand, model, size, colour and pack quantity.
- The competitor must be an Australian retailer with the item in stock and available to buy at the time of your request.
- We compare the total price including GST and delivery to the same address.
- We can't adjust orders that have already been placed.
- Price match does not apply to clearance, liquidation, ex-display, refurbished or second-hand items; marketplace or auction sellers (such as eBay or Amazon Marketplace); member-only, loyalty, trade, tender or contract pricing; bundle deals, coupons, gift-with-purchase or cashback offers; gift cards; or pricing errors.
- Quantities are limited to normal household or organisation use. We may limit quantities or decline a price match at our discretion.
- Price match can't be combined with any other discount or promotion.
