Our Shipping Policy

Brilliant Minds Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 61 634 299 791) uses delivery partners to deliver your goods. You agree that your details, including your delivery address and phone number, will be supplied to the delivery partner for the purpose of delivering your order.

DELIVERY PARTNERS

We deliver Australia-wide with Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex. The carrier used depends on your delivery address and the size of your order. All orders are sent with tracking, and you will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. We currently ship within Australia only.

DELIVERY FEES

Your exact delivery price is calculated at checkout based on your postcode and the total weight of your order. As a guide:

Sydney Metro – Standard Shipping

  • Up to 5kg: $7.95
  • 5–10kg: $9.95
  • 10–15kg: $10.95
  • 15–20kg: $14.95
  • 20–25kg: $24.95
  • 25–28kg: $29.95
  • 28–30kg: $39.95
  • 30–35kg: $49.95

Other metro areas – Standard Shipping (Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart, Canberra, Central Coast, Newcastle and Wollongong): from $8.95, increasing with weight. Your price is shown at checkout.

Regional, rural and remote areas – Standard Shipping (including Darwin and the Northern Territory)

  • Up to 250g: $9.95
  • Up to 3kg: $12.95
  • 3–4kg: $14.95
  • Over 4kg: calculated at checkout based on your location and weight

Express Shipping

  • Metro areas: from $14.95 for parcels up to 5kg
  • Regional, rural and remote areas: $19.95 for parcels up to 3kg
  • Express is not available for heavier parcels.

Heavy and bulk orders: orders over 35kg, and some heavy orders to regional areas, can't be calculated online. If no delivery option appears at checkout, please email info@brilliantminds.com.au with your items and delivery address for a freight quote, or choose Click & Collect.

PO Boxes and parcel lockers: we deliver to PO Boxes and parcel lockers via Australia Post at the same prices as your postcode, for parcels up to 22kg.

DELIVERY TIMES

Australia-wide (including metropolitan, regional and most rural areas): 2 to 8 business days. Express orders are usually delivered within 1–4 business days. An estimated delivery date is shown at checkout.

Delivery times depend on your delivery address and the size of your order. If your order is sent in more than one parcel, the parcels may arrive on different days. We do our best to make sure your goods are dispatched on time and packaged with care.

Notwithstanding the delivery times above, Brilliant Minds Australia cannot guarantee that delivery will occur within these time frames, and is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury you or any third party suffers as a result of a change in delivery times or a delay in delivery. During major sales events, peak back-to-school periods, natural disasters or pandemics, orders may experience delivery delays.

CLICK & COLLECT

You can collect your order free of charge from our warehouse at Unit 14/32-38 Belmore Road North, Punchbowl NSW 2196. Pickup hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30am–4pm (closed weekends). Select Pickup at checkout. Orders are usually ready in 1 business day – please wait for your "ready for pickup" email before coming in, and bring your order number.

SCHOOLS & BUSINESSES

We supply schools and businesses Australia-wide and can deliver directly to your school or office. For bulk or commercial orders, email info@brilliantminds.com.au for a delivery quote and volume pricing. Schools and businesses with an approved 30-day account can order on invoice.

GENERAL TERMS FOR DELIVERY

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you provide at checkout. If you are not available, anyone at the delivery address may accept the parcel on your behalf.

If no one is available to accept delivery, or delivery cannot safely take place, the carrier may leave a card or send a notification so you can collect your parcel from a local Australia Post outlet or carrier collection point. Please follow the instructions provided by the carrier.

You or the person accepting delivery may be asked to sign to confirm delivery. Refusing to sign will be treated as a refusal to accept delivery, and redelivery may incur additional delivery fees.

If you do not collect your parcel within 10 days of a failed delivery, please email us at info@brilliantminds.com.au to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery fees may apply.

When your order arrives, please check that the goods match your order and let us know about any damaged, missing or incorrect items as soon as possible by emailing info@brilliantminds.com.au. Goods replaced because they are faulty, damaged or incorrect will be delivered to you free of charge. Exchanges due to a change of mind will attract another delivery fee.
