If you find an identical item advertised for less by another Australian retailer, we'll match that price. To be eligible:
- The item must be identical: same brand, model, size, colour and pack quantity.
- The competitor must be an Australian retailer with the item in stock and available to buy at the time of your request.
- We compare the total price including GST and delivery to the same address.
- You need to show us the advertised price (a link, screenshot or catalogue) before you place your order. We can't adjust orders that have already been placed.
- Price match does not apply to clearance, liquidation, ex-display, refurbished or second-hand items; marketplace or auction sellers (such as eBay or Amazon Marketplace); member-only, loyalty, trade, tender or contract pricing; bundle deals, coupons, gift-with-purchase or cashback offers; or pricing errors.
- Quantities are limited to normal household or organisation use. We may limit quantities or decline a price match at our discretion.
- Price match can't be combined with any other discount or promotion.

Frequently asked questions
Who can apply for a 30-day account?
Schools, childcare and early learning centres, government departments, not-for-profits and registered businesses with an ABN. All accounts are subject to approval.
How do I pay on account?
Once your account is approved, we'll send a tax invoice with each order. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
Can I use a purchase order?
Yes. Add your PO number when you order or send it with your quote request, and we'll include it on your invoice.
What's the difference between a wholesale account and a 30-day account?
A wholesale account gives you trade pricing and the quick order form. A 30-day account lets you pay by invoice instead of at checkout. You can apply for both.
Can you prepare stationery packs for our students?
Yes. Send us your booklists for each year group and we'll quote and prepare the packs for collection or delivery.
